We don’t resell your stack. We run it.

In production across the LeanScale book
Software rarely churns because it was outsold. It churns because nobody configured it.
One default per category. 4 of 45 are decided.
A Standard is the system we recommend by default: named in every diagnostic and roadmap we deliver, and built on by the practice. It is earned, held for twelve months, then earned again.
StandardSalesforce
The system of record behind most of what we build. Every diagnostic we run opens in Salesforce, and our architects work at ISV depth: managed packages, License Management App, Environment Hub, Partner Community provisioning.
StandardHubSpot
A Solutions Partner since 2025. Partner-admin access means we are inside a client portal on day one without consuming a licence, and HubSpot routes implementation work to us.
StandardClay
The core system of our Growth Operations practice. We design the waterfalls, size the plan and run the workspace, and a shared channel with Clay has kept builds moving since 2024.
StandardAmplemarket
The relationship every partner should want. We run Amplemarket on our own outbound, roll it out through a shared channel, trade founder-level introductions, and already co-market without a formal programme.

Clients rarely buy a tool. They buy an outcome, and the stack follows. These are the systems our teams reach for on each one, Standards ringed.
Show all 26 outcomes
Every system we run, by practice.
141 partners across 45 categories in four practices, plus the data and AI layer underneath them.
No partner matches that. Try a category, like “CPQ” or “ERP”.
Revenue Operations
The system of record and everything that runs on it: CRM, quote-to-cash, forecasting, customer success, comp and enablement.
Marketing Operations
Demand capture and measurement: automation, lifecycle messaging, attribution, ABM, events and the web surface.
Growth Operations
Top of funnel: enrichment and orchestration, list building, sales engagement, signal and outbound.
Financial Operations
Close to cash: billing, subscription management, ERP, revenue recognition and spend.
Data & AI layer
The layer every practice runs on: warehouse, pipelines, BI, automation and the model tooling.
Start in the Arsenal. Earn the Standard.
Most categories have no Standard yet, so the pick goes to the best evidence. Every rung up is earned with work, not bought.

01
In the Arsenal
We can recommend itAn Arsenal profile and full product access: your integrations, API, MCP and a login, so a stack decision made mid-call can include you.
- A maintained profile in the engine every recommendation runs through
- Considered wherever your category comes up
-
02
Deployed
We run it in productionWe implement, migrate and operate it inside live client environments. The work is the qualification.
- Implementation, migration and day-to-day operation in client instances
- Named placement here
- A maintained profile in the LeanScale Arsenal

03
Certified
We are trained on itEnough implementations for a written playbook and a delivery team trained on the product, plus a named partner contact.
- A delivery team certified and playbooked on your product
- Inclusion in stack recommendations wherever the fit is right
- Named placement here and in the LeanScale Arsenal

04
Standard
We build on itClears the four gates below and the quarterly Standard Review. One per category, held for twelve months, then earned again.
- The default recommendation in your category, in every diagnostic and roadmap we deliver
- Pull-through across the book: named in the stacks we prescribe by objective, not just listed
- Joint customer webinars, hosted and promoted by LeanScale
- Co-marketing: case studies with real numbers, podcast episodes, LinkedIn and newsletter
- The quarterly Field Report: how your product actually performs in production
- Warm introductions into engagements where your category is already on the roadmap
An open category is not an open door. Four gates to the Standard, in order.
- A live buildA LeanScale implementation running in a client instance.
- Full accessThe product our clients buy, not a sandbox. If we can’t open you, we can’t pick you.
- The client rateA standing rate for LeanScale clients, better than they would get alone.
- The Standard ReviewScored each quarter by the practice that would build on you.
Straight answers.
Is this a paid listing?
No. Every system here is one our teams implement, migrate or run inside live client environments. Nobody buys a place, and the Standard is earned through the four gates above.
Do you take referral fees?
We prefer a standing rate for our clients over a kickback. Our fee is flat, never hours, so the only thing that moves a recommendation is how the product performs in production.
What does the Standard mean if I’m a buyer?
It is the system we recommend by default in its category. If you already run something else on this page, we build on that instead. Every partner here is one we run.
My category already has a Standard. Is there still a path?
Yes. A Standard is held for twelve months and then re-earned, and 41 of 45 categories have no Standard at all.
Why do you ask for full product access?
The stack gets picked mid-call. Nobody says “we’ll invest in CPQ on the fourth.” If we can show your product working on the call, and design in it before the contract is signed, you are in the decision.
How do we get started?
Start an Arsenal profile: your integrations, API and MCP, access and how you work with partners. It puts you in our recommendation engine without a meeting.
Get into the stack before it’s picked.
Start your Arsenal profile and you are part of our recommendations from the next call. The full programme, tiers and terms are in the partner deck.
