No — build an exclusion list. Existing customers, internal domains, partner and affiliate domains, and known free-mail addresses should skip enrichment entirely. Enriching records whose company you already know is the largest single source of wasted credits.
Put the exclusion at the webhook or workflow entry point rather than inside the provider, so the call is never made. Review the list quarterly; acquisition and rebrands quietly move domains between categories, and a stale exclusion list produces unenriched records that then fail routing.
