LeanScale led the full migration from Zoho to Salesforce and used the transition as a forcing function to introduce best-practice GTM processes. We mapped current state, redesigned staging and attribution, and built Salesforce to support Jampack's evolving sales-led motion.

LeanScale stood up Jampack's top-of-funnel engine — sequencing strategy, cadence design, and tooling implementation — and enabled the SDR team to execute consistently with leadership visibility into channel and rep-level performance.
