Typical timeline: 2–4 weeks. - **Billing setup and entitlements** (FinOps, Blueprint, Billing and entitlements): Billing terms and entitlements provisioned at close, so access and invoices describe the same customer. Typical timeline: 1–3 weeks. - **Collections and DSO** (FinOps, Blueprint, Invoicing and collections): A dunning ladder with named steps and owners, and cash applied against the same rows. Cadence: Weekly ladder and aging, after a 1 to 2 week setup. - **Invoicing automation** (FinOps, Blueprint, Invoicing and collections): Invoices raised off the schedule and delivered to a named AP contact. Typical timeline: 1–3 weeks. - **Usage metering and billing sync** (FinOps, Blueprint, Billing and entitlements): What gets counted and what gets invoiced are the same number. Typical timeline: 2–3 weeks. - **Quote to cash** (RevOps, Playbook, Deal execution): Quote, approval, e-sign and invoice in one flow, with no swivel chair.
