Cadence: Weekly ladder and aging, after a 1 to 2 week setup. - **CRM to ERP sync and reconciliation** (FinOps, Blueprint, Ledger and ERP): Customer to customer and deal to contract joined, with a daily reconciliation you can watch. Typical timeline: 1–3 weeks. - **ERP implementation or migration** (FinOps, Blueprint, Ledger and ERP): Rillet, Campfire or QuickBooks, implemented or migrated, wired to the CRM. Typical timeline: 3–8 weeks. - **Invoicing automation** (FinOps, Blueprint, Invoicing and collections): Invoices raised off the schedule and delivered to a named AP contact. Typical timeline: 1–3 weeks. - **Cash forecast and board reporting** (FinOps, New, Close and finance ops): Plan, cash and board numbers read from the same ledger the deals post into.
