- **Close-to-cash map** (FinOps, Blueprint, Ledger and ERP): Your seven steps from closed won to cash, each with its system, owner and timestamp, agreed before anything is built. Typical timeline: 2 weeks.
- **Collections and DSO** (FinOps, Blueprint, Invoicing and collections): A dunning ladder with named steps and owners, and cash applied against the same rows. Cadence: Weekly ladder and aging, after a 1 to 2 week setup.

- **Invoicing automation** (FinOps, Blueprint, Invoicing and collections): Invoices raised off the schedule and delivered to a named AP contact. Typical timeline: 1–3 weeks.
- **Cash forecast and board reporting** (FinOps, New, Close and finance ops): Plan, cash and board numbers read from the same ledger the deals post into. Typical timeline: 2–4 weeks.
- **Month-end close support** (FinOps, New, Close and finance ops): A close checklist that holds, with fewer reconciliations and fewer surprises. Cadence: Monthly, around your close.
